I cannot play music from my airplay.
1. Confirm that you are connected to the Home Network.
2. Make sure that your account is properly setup on your portal.
3. Using the guide "Playing music through Airplay" on customer portal, walk through the steps to use this feature.
4. If issue remains unresolved, escalate to the technical support team
This procedure can be applied to Spotify, My music, Deezer, Tune in. Also ensure that there is constant and steady internet connection as slow internet can cause this if you are streaming.
