Resolution steps;
1. Check that the switch is powered up
2. Check if other devices on that switch that require POE are powered up
3. Unplug and plug in affected equipment to port blinking green and orange (as the case may be)
This issue could be caused by;
1. Switch may be powered off
2. Switch may have lost POE
and then Add to Home Screen.
