Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering sales revenue targets for the HC24 retail Store for every customer segment in assigned sales territory.
Responsible to meet and surpass the weekly & monthly CRM retail sales targets for HC24 including but not limited to DEMO Presentation, Consulting, and Closing deals/accounts.
Responsible for the Retail Store Walk-through presentation and sales pitch including but not limited to customer order processing, customer design support and customer technical training.
Partner with marketing to build, plan and execute key events to engage with partners and support the overall marketing and sales efforts of HomeConnect Retail
Responsible to manage the day to day marketing engagement of the online and offline stores including but not limited to online chats and engagements i.e. email, WhatsApp chats etc.
Develop and implement a Sales Plan to drive footprints to the Retail and Online Stores both for Individuals and Businesses.
Communicate new product launch and upgrades to new and existing clients on a regular basis
Engage with strategic partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales plans and support activities as well as ensuring effective growth strategies are in place for customers
Basic Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentable with ability to clearly articulate the values and benefits of the company
Skilled in MS Office tools, Teamwork, CRM, Sales ERP etc.
Ability to work independently and take direction well in order to achieve desired results
